Vinification of still wines


White Wines




Once they are harvested, grapes are pressed and juices are cellared in oak-barrels for a 8 to 12 month maturing.

After this period, wines are bottled and stored for ageing in our cellars.



Red Wines

Once they are harvested and sorted, grapes stay 3 weeks in tanks for vatting before being pressed and cellared in oak-barrels.

They are matured between 10 and 14 months and finally bottled and stored for ageing in our cellars.
