Vinification of sparkling wines

Crémants de Bourgogne

Once they are harvested, grapes are pressed and juices are cellared in tanks for fermentation.
They are then bottled (bottle fermentation) and aged on lees for 12 months minimum according to the traditional method.
After riddling and disgorging, our Crémants are ready to be tasted and sold.

Only sparkling wines made of grapes grown in Burgundy can claim to be Crémants de Bourgogne.
